There are also 2,100,000 Promoter Class A and Class B Options on issue. These options are not listed and can only be exercised upon Uranium King Limited securing JORC resources equivalent to 10,000,000 pounds and 15,000,000 pounds respectively.
The 46,400,000 vendor shares are held under escrow until 5 September 2008 and are not tradeable until that date.
